The Group'n'Swing is probably the most popular swing band in Hungary. They played the song Tu Vuò Fà L'Americano in the mini festival called Rock and Roll Evolution III.
The Hepcats don't really play often. The band is affected by the common phenomenon of Hungary: migration. The head of the band moved to Germany in order to find a better life. He visits the country rarely so the band has a concert during the winter break. Actually the concert was taken two days ago.
Their song for today is called Primadonna, and it was played 5 years ago in a mini-christmas rockabilly festival.
The original owner of this song is Marty Stuart which is played today for us by the B'15 Rockabilly Band. The song is called Burn Me Down, and it is about burning love.
The performer for today is the Wild Rhythm Smokers, they play the song Riverside Rock'n'Roll. The video is not perfect, because my camera has just get broken. With some trick I was able to make videos, but the quality is not perfect. Fortunately the sound quality was not affected by the problem.
The Redneck Roadkill basically is a country band, but some members has a rockabilly background. That 's why you can find a rockabilly song as well on their new CD. The title is a little bit strange: Love With My Pickup Truck.
But probably it's normal among rednecks. :)
Probably the Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festival was the last occasion, when the Chevromandala Transit Ride used this name. After the festival the Peter Andorai & the Graceband was used.

The Cellmates is coming from Bratislava, Slovakia, and the guys played on the Wildcat Night Rock and Roll festival in Hatvan, Hungar this year. They performet the song Summer of 69 among others.
The band Flip, Flop and the Flyers is based in Pécs, so they are one of the bands which are not fromt eh capital. Hungary is a very centralized country, that's why it's good to see a successful band from the countryside. Today they'll play the song Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin On which was played on the famous Rock and Roll Festival called Lakeside Weekend in 2014.
The italian Don Diego Trio had a very successful concert on the Lakeside Weekend Festival this year. The band played mostly Rockabilly, but they played a country song as well, namely the Highway Patrol. Enjoy!
Unfortunately we cannot see the concert flyers of the band Nitus and the Rollin' Dice. Although these guys were among the best Hungarian Rockabilly bands they won't be able to work together anymore.
That's a crying shame if we see what kind of songs are they created and played.
One great example is this song, the Old Record Machine. This is not a fast and wild rockabilly song, but a slow ballad, but it was probably the most popular song written by the band.

One thing is sure. Few weeks left from the Rock and Roll Championship but the Mystery Gang leads it with an unbeatable difference. This means they will be part of Best 16 series of the next year. The Black Frogs is a special band from Hungary. The leader is around 16, he plays the guitar while his father is behind the drums.

The Johnny Knife & His Rippers is a powerful international trio. The members are coming from Norway and Germany. Today they will play us the song Shaking All Over.
