Jam - Summertime Blues

The Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festival was not held this year due to the covid situation.
But the biggest fans are gathered in the camping and organized a mini festival.
Officially concerts was not organized, but musicians bring their instruments and played some songs.
In this video Cactus, the main organizer of the Lakeside Weekend sings the song Summertime Blues.

 

Jam - I Got Stripes

 The best thing in the Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festival is maybe the jamming. This time Cactus, the main organizer of the festival can be found behind the mic as he is singing the song I Got Stripes. After a long a stressful day the result might not be perfect, but for the Lakeside Weekend fanatics it's more than enough.

Jam - Fever

 The jamming is big tradition of the Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festival in Hungary. In 2017 there was a jam session at Elvis By Tom's tent. They played the song Fever.

Fido the guitarist of the band Pedrofon haven't let him to be upset about the fact thea this year the Pedrofon was not able to play on the Lakeside Weekend. He collected some musicians and played mostly Pedrofon songs among the tents, like Twenty Flight Rock.

Jam session - Blue Suede Shoes

The Lakeside Weekend festival is famous for its jam sessions some are at the canteen others are among the tents. Just like this one, where Elvis by Tom, Ritchie Nelson and Gergő Békési played the song Blue Suede Shoes by Carl Perkins.

Ridin' Dudes (Jam) - (You're the) Devil in Disguise

The Austrian band Ridin' Dudes played on the Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festival in 2017. On the festival there is a habit: The musicians don't go home/sleep after the concert, but starts to jam among the tents. That was what this band done, when they played Elvis' song Devil in Disguise.

Jam - Please Love Me

The jamming is essential part of the Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festival in Hungary. In 2016 the band Killer Diller Combo played a song together with Dörge and Pedro on the saxophone. They played the Please Love Me by B.B. King.

The Jam session is essential part of the famous Lakeside Weekend Rock and Roll Festivals. In 2017 the guys from different bands performed the song I'm Walking by Fats Domino.

Pianofrizz & Friends - Before You Accuse Me

The Pianofrizz & Friends played on the Lakeside Weekend in 2016. For the song Before You Accuse Me joined a local harp player.

Jam session - Baby, Let's Play House

The Lakeside Weekend is a special kind of music festival.
Here it is common, that the musicians are jamming among the tents when the official concerts are finished. Nobody is rushing to home, but playing the best songs, well, sometimes after few beers.

Lakeside 2017: Jam - I Need Your Love Tonight

I'm sure everybody knows now, that the jamming after official concert is how essential part of the Lakeside Weekend. In the last two years a new spot appeared on the map: the tents of Dóka brothers.

The members of the Killer Diller Combo between two songs started to jam on the stage of the Körlet Terasz in Budapest.
